Our COO Gary Reader, a senior leader with over 30 years of experience in MEP, facilities and asset management, came to office in January 2018. His focus is on operational efficiency and delivering exceptional value to both our clients and wider stakeholder groups, whilst fostering innovation and sustainable development across all our subsidiaries. Prior to Union Properties, Mr. Reader held prominent positions at renowned organizations such as IMDAAD, BK Gulf, and BK Gulf FM, where he honed his skills and expertise in the industry. Mr. Reader received his education from Aston University and East Birmingham College.
